'Hakumai' is a Japanese term for 'rice burner', which may be a joke about modified Japanese cars. The car does not have any performance benefit, much like the other modified versions of cars found in the game. A special version of the Hakumai also appears in the game, with a larger exhaust tip, spoiler, and red paint job. Rockstar did not program any animation for the lights popping up, so that the lights will simply appear up when it grows dark enough. The Hakumai is the only car in GTA IV that has hidden headlamps, but this highlights an oversight in the game. Despite the heavy handling, the car can hold on well in a corner due to this aspect. It is front wheel drive, and therefore does not spin extremely easily. The Hakumai is not durable however, and crashing, even only a few times, is enough to cripple the car or render it useless outright. Despite its initial looks it is surprisingly fast, though its handling is also surprisingly heavy. Grand Theft Auto IV In Grand Theft Auto IV, the Hakumai is produced by the Dinka company.
It is most likely to find a Hakumai around the Little Bay area, and they are driven by the Albanian Mob. The Hakumai appears to be a 1980s vehicle, and is visibly based upon the Honda line-up of that time. Produced by Dinka, the car is notoriously difficult to find, and does not appear online at all. The Hakumai is a four door sedan appearing in Grand Theft Auto IV.
